Cat Premium High Output (PHO) Batteries

Cat batteries are standard equipment in all Cat products and are clearly differentiated from the competition. Caterpillar has designed its own batteries to meet the demanding environments Cat products work in.

CAT® SEALS, GASKETS & O-RINGS ARE DESIGNED FOR DEMANDING PERFORMANCE

Cat Seals, Gaskets and O-Rings are designed specifically to meet the demanding performance and durability requirements of Cat engines and machines. For each joint, Cat sealing engineers work alongside engine and machine designers to select the best sealing technology. Cat uses a “systems approach” to joint design, combining custom materials, application expertise, and superior manufacturing processes.

Custom Materials: Cat material experts, in partnership with leading industry suppliers, develop custom seal materials that are optimized for Cat applications.
Designed for the Application: Cat engineers leverage the latest design technology and in-house expertise, to design sealing products that will provide leak-free service in their application all the way to overhaul or major repair.
Tighter Dimensional Control: Unlike most off-the-shelf seals, Cat seals are manufactured with custom tooling, which allows tighter control over dimensions, ensuring proper fit, reducing leaks and prolonging seal life.

Cat GSL batteries are a premium low cost option and are available in a wide selection of BCI and DIN (Europe-automotive) group sizes for automotive, light truck, commercial, industrial, high rate UPS, agricultural, marine and recreational applications.
